General comments
Duur afhankelijk van kliniek. Er zijn aanwijzingen dat 4 dagen antibiotische behandeling na het bereiken van source control voldoende is.
Het toevoegen van gentamicine is afhankelijk van de voorgeschiedenis en de ernst van de ziekte van de patiënt.
