doxycycline po 100mg 2dd 30 days

General comments

  • ACA is een huidatrofie, veroorzaakt door een chronische infectie met een Borrelia species
  • Bij contraindicatie doxycycline: amoxicilline 500 mg po 3dd gedurende 30 dagen. Indien er sprake is van mogelijke penicilline allergie, beoordeel gerapporteerde penicilline allergie aan de hand van de anamnese.
