General comments
Afhankelijk van kliniek kan na 1-2 weken overgestapt worden op orale behandeling.
benzylpenicilline iv eventueel ophogen naar 2milj. IU 6dd.
indien klinisch verbeterd na minimaal 2 weken iv therapie, kan overgegaan worden op hoge doses orale therapie, in overleg met arts-microbioloog, (amoxicilline of feneticilline of clindamycine po).
