General comments

Flucloxacilline per os hooggedoseerd alleen indien goed verdragen en met spiegels bewezen goede resorptie

probeer in elk geval materiaal voor kweek te verkrijgen, inclusief bloedkweek

bij voorkeur antibiotica pas starten na bekend worden van de kweek en op geleide van het gevoeligheidspatroon

therapieduur van chronische osteomyelitis op basis van klinisch beeld
