General comments

Afnemen van (dal)spiegels is van belang voor alle patiënten vanwege grote inter- en intra-individuele variabiliteit. De steady state wordt bereikt op dag 2 dus kort na de start kan een dalspiegel worden bepaald, bij voorkeur binnen 3 dagen na aanvang van de therapie.

  • Streefspiegel dal
    • Profylactisch >1 mg/l
    • Therapeutisch pulmonale aspergillose 1mg/l – 6mg/l, bij leverfunctiestoornis 1 mg/l – 4 mg/l
    • Therapeutisch bij moeilijk penetrabel gebied (cerebrale infectie, sinusinfectie) 2 mg/l – 6 mg/l
