General comments
overweeg antibioticum bij patiënten met (een verhoogd risico op) afwijkend beloop van de klachten zoals bij:
ernstig ziek zijn,
opnieuw koorts na een aantal koortsvrije dagen
klachten die in een periode van twee weken niet zijn afgenomen,
meer dan 3 klachtenepisoden per jaar en bij gestoorde afweer.
